Ryan School Murder case: Bus conductor father approaching to seek bail

New Delhi, November 11: The Ryan School murder has turned with so many twists, here the Bus conductor Ashok Kumar, who was first arrested for the murder of seven-year-old student Pradyuman Thakur, is planning to take legal action against Haryana police officials who took him into custody.

The conductor's family will be approaching the Gurugram court to seek his bail.

This after the CBI, who took over the probe 13 days after the murder, arrested a Class XI student of Gurugram's Ryan International School for the murder. The accused teenager has admitted that he committed the murder, the CBI's remand copy states.

"Now it is almost clear that my son Ashok was framed and made a scapegoat. We have decided to file a case against Gurgaon Police SIT officers who framed and used torture and even drugged him to confess before the media that he had committed the crime," said Ashok's father Amirchand told media.
