TRS leader booked under harassment case

Hyderabad, Nov 9: In a shocking news, The Kacheguda police booked a case against Kacheguda TRS corporator Y Chaitanya's husband and TRS leader Kanna Yadav for allegedly misbehaving with a woman GHMC Town Planning Section Officer here on Wednesday.

According to the complainant, G Vani, a Section Officer from Amberpet, had gone for an inspection to Nimboliadda following a complaint about an illegal construction on Wednesday.

"While she was there, Kanna Yadav reached the spot and started arguing with her. He abused her and when she tried to record it with her mobile phone, he snatched it," police said.

Based on her complaint, a case for deterring a public servant from performing duty and outraging a woman's modesty was booked and is being investigated. No arrests have been made yet, police said.
