Priyanka Chopra,Chanda Kochar,3 others in Forbes 100 most powerful women

NewDelhi Nov 3: Forbes Business magazine has released the list of 100 most powerful women in the world and five Indians have made their place in the list.These include Chanda Kochhar, Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw, Shobhana Bhartia, Priyanka Chopra.

Chanda Kochhar:

Currently, she is a CEO of ICICI bank and she has received prestigious award earlier. She has secured 32 position.Last year she has secured 40 position.

Roshni Nadar:

She is Executive Director and the CEO of HCL Enterprise. she started her career as a television news producer in Sky News UK.later took over her father Business of HCL. She has been ranked 57.

Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw :

She is the Chairman and managing director of Biocon Limited a biotechnology pioneer. She is also the chairperson of the Indian Institute of Management -Bangalore. She is ranked 71, last year she was ranked 77.

Shobhana Bhartia

She is the Chairperson and Editorial Director of the Hindustan Times Group. Daughter of the industrialist KK Birla .She has secured 92 rank.

Priyanka Chopra

Well Known Popular Bollywood Actress.She has recently acted in Hollywood Movies too.She has won many awards.She has secured 97 position in the list.

Angela Merkel :

German Chancellor has secured the top place as the most powerful women for the year.
