Rahul Gandhi going to visits Raebareli; Explosion kills 18

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi who was on his election campaign in poll-bound Gujarat, has decided to cut short his campaign and visit Raebareli where a boiler blast took place in a National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) plant.

“Due to the unfortunate NTPC accident, I will visit Rae Bareli tomorrow morning. Will join Gujarat Navsarjan Yatra in the afternoon,” Rahul Gandhi tweeted.

On Wednesday, Rahul reached Vadodara where he was going to campaign for three days in South Gujarat.



He was scheduled to attend an interactive session at Vyara Auditorium in Tapi district, a corner meeting at Dolvan and visit Unai Mata Temple on Thursday morning.
