KCR :No more contract recruitment and outsourcing of Govt Jobs

Hyderabad Oct 28: Telangana CM KCR has made a crucial statement on the floor of the Assembly yesterday.He said that "The State government has decided to do away with contract recruitment and outsourcing employees for the future employment that would be taken up in the state government and would recruit employees on permanent basis."

He made the above remarks after he intervened during question hour, the Chief Minister fired on the opposition and said that "both the Congress and TDP governments in undivided Andhra Pradesh had employed people on contract basis on low salaries. Henceforth, all the recruitment will be on the permanent basis".

CM has added that "for short duration programmes like land purification and cleansing survey, where the employment will be for a limited period of three to five months, the recruits will be informed in advance that it would only be a temporary job" he said.

While responding to regularization of present employees he said that "we have increased the salries of employees wherever regularisation cannot happen because of legal issues".

Finally, CM has added that " while taking up regularization of employees, we would follow the rules of service and ensure equal representation to all sections of society including SCs, STs, BCs, and minorities."
