Non-bailable warrant against Hardik Patel

As soon as the Election Commission announced the schedule for Gujarat Assembly election 2017, non-bailable warrant against Hardik Patel, Lalji and some other Patidar leaders by a local court in Visanagar has been issued.

The case is of vandalising BJP MLA Rishikesh Patel's office during Patidar Anamat Samiti's rally in Visnagar in July 2015 and pelting stones on the same MLA's car in 2016 while he was passing through ITI Circle in Mehsana's Visnagar city.

Hardik has denied joining any political party but said that he will fight against BJP and its policies.
