Case against Ramachandra for Comment on alleged killers of Gauri Lankesh

BJP Yuva Morcha sent a legal notice to Ramchandra asking to take back his words and apologise for his comment in which he alleged that RSS and BJP were involved in murder of journalist Gauri Lankesh. But when they didnot get any reply from him, they have filed a criminal case against Guha for his comment.

He directly blamed BJP and RSS for killings of activists and journalists who wrote freely. He blamed BJP for creating an atmosphere of intolerance in the society.

The comment of Guha after Gauri Lankesh's Murder was:

"It was likely that Gauri's murderers came from the same Sangh Parivar from which the murderers of Pansare, Dabholkar and Kalburgi came. The ruling dispensation in Delhi has created a climate of hate and intolerance."
