Digvijaya Singh: Modi just renamed old scheme; Saubhgya Yojna

Digvijaya Singh again took on BJP and said the new scheme launched by Modi, Saubhgya Yojna is not a new scheme,but Modi government just renamed old project, he even claimed that this scheme was running when congress was in rule.

Prime Minister Modi launched the Saubhagya Yojna on Monday to mark the birth anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.

Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh said "The name of the yojna has been changed from Rajiv Gandhi to Deen Dayal Updhayaya. They (BJP government) only change the names of Yojnas; these Yojnas have been continuing since Congress party's tenure," Singh told media in Raipur.
