So crazy, Car driver fined for the absence of Helmet

Hyderabad, Sept 20: Here is a strange incident has erupted while four wheeler owner has been fined for not wearing a helmet.Such strange things have been happening after the introduction of 12 points rule.

The news reported that K Ramalingam, a resident of Karmanghat area, owns Maruthi Alto car (TS08UA 7094). An e-challan was issued to him on the grounds of not wearing a helmet while riding the four-wheeler.



After enquiring, Ramalingam came to know that a two-wheeler rider has been using his car number for his Honda Activa against the norms. He appealed Traffic Authorities to take action against the two-wheeler rider and sought withdrawal of challan issued to him.

After the introduction of points system, Traffic Violators have found new ways to escape from getting their licenses cancelled. People need to be cautious about such cheaters.
