Encounter specialist Pradeep sharma detains Iqbal Kaskar , brother of Dawood Ibrahim

Younger brother of Dawood Ibrahim , Iqbal Kaskar was detained by Thane police in a case of alleged extortion. Kaskar was picked up by encounter specialist Pradeep Sharma, who was recently reinstated and posted with the Thane crime branch’s anti extortion cell.

Dawood Ibrahim assets were targetted by the UK government just a few days ago and assets worth Rs 43,000 crore (6.7 billion US dollar) were allegedly seized by the UK government.



Kaskar was asked to vacate two buildings in Mumbai which were acquired illegally according to the authorities. Damarwala Building at Pakmodia Street in Bhendi Bazaar and Shabnam Guest House in JJ Marg area, are the buildings which are in dispute.
