Akshay Kumar :TV Artists deserve more pay

Mumbai, Sept 15: Actor Akshay Kumar has made some crucial statements.The Actor has said that "TV actors work harder than film stars and deserve a better pay package."

He has also said that "television artistes have to continuously be on their toes and deliver their best in a short span of time".

Akshay Kumar has also said that "They have to read 12-15 pages of script, which is given to them minutes back from the writer. But what will a writer do in this as he has orders from (his bosses) and change things. Everything happens so fast, they (writers) think on the spot and
change things".

His statements assume significance because currently television Artists are paid less and they work more time. Currently, they perform many more activities compared to the film actors.

Currently, many actors get fame because of their beautiful performance in the TV serials, which give them a platform to showcase their talent.the TV Artists also perform in Reality shows such as Big Boss to entertain the audience but they are paid less compared to the film starts.
