Modi and Shinzo Abe to hold a roadshow

Gandhinagar Sept 12: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe would hold a roadshow in Ahmedabad in Gujarat on September 13.

The Japanese PM would visit the country for a 2-day visit and will hold bilateral discussions with the PM. He will also attend a slew of programs during his visit.

BJP leaders have said that this is a first time that two countries leaders will together perform a roadshow and we have made all arrangements and both the leaders will be accorded a "grand welcome" along the route of the road show.

Experts say that roadshow in Ahmedabad would be significant because the Japanese PM and Indian PM would combinedly lay a foundation state of Ahmedabad- Mumbai Bullet train project after the road show.

Speaking about the bullet train Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu has said that 90 % of the project is being funded by Japanese government and at a lower interest of 0.1 %. and this project would establish a huge ecosystem and Bullet train would become a part of Indian economy and it would create huge employment opportunities.
