CM KCR to visit AP soon

Hyderabad, Sept 6: The Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will visit Andhra Pradesh and he would present 'Mukku Pudaka' to Goddess Kankadurga at Vijayawada to fulfill the vow he made during the Telangana agitation.

Mr.KCR and his family would visit Vijayawada on September 27 as part of the Navratri Utsavalu.

Earlier, the chief minister also offered a gold crown weighing 3 kg and 700 grams worth Rs 3.60 crore to Bhadrakali temple in Warangal; gold ornaments worth Rs 5 crore to Lord Balaji and a nose-stud worth Rs 45,000 to Goddess Padmavati at Tirupati.

He also offered 'Bangaru Meesalu' (golden mustache) worth Rs 60,000 to Kuravi Veerabhadra Swamy temple in Mahabubabad district.

All these offerings were made in fulfillment of the promises made during the agitation for separate Telangana.
