ED attaches Delhi Farm House of Lalus Daughter

New Delhi Sept 5: Enforcement Directorate (ED) today has attached some properties of Lalu Prasad Yadav's Daughter Misa Bharti and her husband.The properties attached include a Delhi farmhouse located at 26, Palam farms in south Delhi's Bijwasan area.

ED has said it has attached the properties in connection with its money laundering probe against RJD chief's daughter and son in law.The action was taken under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Currently, the property is held in the name of Ms. Mishail Packers and Printers Private Limited.ED officials have said that "It was purchased using Rs 1.2 crore involved in money laundering in the year 2008-09".

Earlier the agency has conducted raids against Lalu's family and has recovered some crucial documents and a case was filed against the family .
