SC orders district judge as a Guardian

New Delhi Sept 3: A verdict was passed recently. The Supreme Court has recently passed a judgment ordering district judge be Scin charge of children rather than being under the custody of a sparring Delhi couple.

The apex court has said that "the judge will now get the teenagers admitted in boarding schools at Nainital, away from the ugly tug of war between their parents."

The top court has said that we are giving the guardianship to teenagers because"the parents have flouted the orders passed by the court earlier and the fights between the couples have increased after the orders were passed".

The court has asked the mother to handover the custody of the two children to the District and Sessions Judge, Nainital.

The judges said that that the "Court has a duty to act in the best interest of the children, so we have ordered the parents to remain away from their children so as to ensure their minds are not polluted any further."
