70 crore fish seed to be distributed soon in Telangana

Singoor, Aug 31: The Telangana state Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav yesterday has said that the government has been taking necessary steps to uplift the people belonging to various communities by promoting their caste-based activities on which a government scheme would soon be launched.

Mr. Srinivas Yadav along with MLA P. Babumohan today have released fish seed into the Singoor project yesterday. The Sources say that this is the second phase of the program taken up in the State.



Talasani said that about 70 crore fish seed would be released into various tanks across the State. Later, the minister had addressed a public gathering and has listed out schemes taken by the state government for the upliftment of castes. some of them are

* Distributing fish seeds for people
* Sheep distributed for Golla Kuruma
* Modernized laundry and saloons for respected communities

Finally, he stated, without troubling their work, few more steps will be taken in order to improve their financial conditions.
