No Rollout of Rs 1000 Note :Govt

New Delhi Aug 30: A rumor has been buried to death.
The Finance ministry has clearly stated that there is no intention to roll out new RS 1000 notes.

Recently there some news reports that RBI might roll out the new notes to ease the currency problems because currently there is no denomination between Rs 500 and Rs 2000.

The reserve bank has recently introduced Rs 50 and Rs 200 notes to ease the pressure on Rs 100 notes so that common man can be benefitted.

Prime Minister has last year has announced the denominitization of RS 500 and RS 1000 old notes as a measure to curb the black money and to eradicate counterfeit currency.

The RBI has introduced new Rs 2000 and Rs 500 notes in November last year to provide relief for customers.

Many people have believed that introduction of Rs 1000 note would help them but the government and RBI have cut down their expectations.
