CM Chandrababu inaugurated AP Police Headquarters

Vijayawada, Aug 16: The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has inaugurated the AP Police Headquarters building complex constructed on the NH-5 in the AP Sixth Battalion premises at Mangalagiri here on Wednesday.

The director general of police and Crime Investigation Department (CID) offices occupy the second, third and fourth floor in the building. Maintaining a corporate look, there are double-glass doors and windows. All the cabins are air-conditioned.

The DGP chambers are made of bullet-proof glass. Also, the bio-metric system is installed at several rooms to ensure attendance system.

From now the DGP office will be shifted to Mangalagiri and it will work from here.
