CS SP Singh asked ideas for Swachh Bharath

Hyderabad, Aug 11: The Telangana state government general secretary SP Singh said in a statement on Thursday that various sections of the state should forward their ideas and suggestions through the Government of India website on the Swachh Bharat program.
The Center has taken the 'Swarth Bharat Hackathon' program aimed at resolving some of the long term issues of the country through such suggestions. The ideas must be sent before August 25, and the details of the selected candidates would be announced on September 8.
SP Singh on Thursday said the State government was firm on its decision to complete construction of integrated district collectorates and police superintendent complexes in 28 districts by Dasara.
The Chief Secretary was reviewing the progress of works at a video conference with all the district collectors and SPs.
Expressing dismay over some districts like Bhupalapally, Nirmal, Medak and Kothagudem not even identifying land sites for the integrated complexes, Singh directed the district officials to take immediate steps to finalize the area for the construction of buildings. "All the districts should put the works on fast track", he said.
