Revanth Reddy complained to ACB against TRS ministers

Hyderabad, Aug 10: The Telangana TDP working president A Revanth Reddy has been written letters to Union home ministry, Central Election Commission, CBI and TS ACB here on Wednesday. He asked them to take action against IT minister, KT Rama Rao, TRS MP K Kavitha and other ministers who collected money for the public meeting organized by TRS in Warangal in April by working as 'Gulabi Labourers'.

In his complaint, Reddy recalled that KTR had raised Rs.7.5 lakh, T Harish Rao earned about Rs.8 lakh whereas MP Kavitha earned Rs.7 lakh. Likewise, some other ministers had raised money too.

"Many of these public servants, who took an oath not to benefit anybody while discharging their official duties, collected money from organizations and persons which come under their regulatory control.

For instance, C Laxma Reddy collected money from a private hospital and P Srinivas Reddy took money from rice miller," he complained.

Hence, the TDP leader urged the authorities concerned to initiate suitable action against these public servants as per the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
