Job Connect Van for Unemployed youth

Hyderabad, August 04: Here is the good news for the Job Aspirants, As the Hyderabad City Police has developed an innovative step to solve the problems of unemployed youths.

On Thursday, The City police into a new sector, that of helping youngsters find employment, by launching Job Connect, an 'employment van',

Here come the details that, the Van will go around providing information on available job opportunities and helping job aspirants apply for the same.

The venture, a Community Policing initiative by the City Police in association with the TMI group, a leading employment and skill development organisation, was launched formally here by Director-General of Police Anurag Sharma.



Job Connect, officials said, was a unique process that connects and matches the skill set of unemployed youth to employment opportunities in micro, small and medium enterprises in the private sector on a daily basis, round-the- year, and uses the first of its kind State-of-the-art employment vehicle.

The van is equipped with technology necessary to build a database of information of job seekers and skill set requirements of employers that would help connect talented youth to job opportunities.
