Fruitful day of Parliment

New Delhi August 1: Another fruitful day of the Parliament session has passed.
Loksabha: The lower house has discussed the following issues.

* Discussion and Voting on the Supplementary Demands for Grants for 2017-18.

* Discussion and Voting on the demands for Excess Grants (General) for 2014-15.

Replying to the debate Arun Jaitley has said that we have taken many decisions to improve the economy and we have increased public spending. He has also said that the number of terrorists being encountered has increased.

RajyaSabha: The upper house discussed the fishermen issue of the country. The following bill was also passed

* The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Amendment) Bill, 2017.
The bill aims to give the time to train the teachers to be eligible for teachers by 2019.

Let's hope that monsoon session goes smoothly in coming days also.
