Rajyasabha discusses Constitutional Ammendment Bill

New Delhi July 31: An Important day in Parliment has been successfully completed.

Loksabha: An important discussion has taken place. The Lower House has discussed Mob Lynching and cow vigliitanism. Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge has initiated the debate and many other members have spoken on the issue. Opposition parties have slammed the government for allowing a free hand for the mobs to kill persons under the name of cow vigilantism.

However, the Government has countered the opposition has said that we have taken all strict action against the members and Honourable PM Narendra Modi has condemned the cow vigilantes.



Rajya Sabha: The Upper house has discussed the following bills.
* The Constitution (123rd Amendment) Bill, 2017
* The National Commission for Backward Classes (Repeal) Bill, 2017
The Constitution Amendment Bill Aims to give National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) constitutional status, at par with the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) and the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes.

The house has passed the bill unanimously because the bill was referred to select the Select comittee.
