Student committed suicide due to exam fear

Hyderabad, July 29: Here a tragic incident has occurred while a 9th class student allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself to a ceiling fan at Marredpally here on Thursday.

While coming to details, The deceased boy named as Mani Nihal was a class IX student from St. Patricks School in Regimental Bazaar, Secunderabad.

In a weekly test conducted on Tuesday, Mani failed to answer a question. Believing that he would lose his top rank, Man took the extreme step of committing suicide on Thursday night when his family was not at home.

The incident came to light on Friday when the family members returned home to find him hanging in his room. While they rushed him to hospitals, the doctors declared him dead. The case has been registered and the body has been sent for post-mortem.
