Etela Rajender urges to withdraw the ration dealers strike

Hyderabad, July 29: The Minister Etela Rajender has promised to solve the problems of ration dealers after discuss with the Chief Minister K Chandra Shekar Rao as soon as possible.

Etela has appealed for the withdrawal of the ration dealers strike from August 1.

Minister Etela met with Commissioner of Civil Supplies C.V.Anand and Telangana Ration Dealers Welfare Committee and held talks with the representatives of the ministers here on Friday.

Etela has made clear that the problems of ration dealers will be solved soon and the government is positive in this regard and it will take some time to discuss the issue with the chief minister.

As we know that, The Telangana government has adopted a 'carrot and stick' approach to deal with the fair price shop dealers who have threatened to go on strike from August 1, demanding a monthly honorarium.

While Commissioner of Civil Supplies CV.Anand has been holding talks with three different associations of ration dealers for the past two days, unofficial feelers being let out are warning the dealers about stringent action if they participate in the strike.
