Civils Prelims 2017 Results released,750 Telugu students qualified

New Delhi, July 29: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2017 on its official website here on Thursday.The examination was held on June 18.

Approximately 750 candidates from Telugu states have been qualified for the Civil Services Mains examination.

Candidates who have passed the preliminary exam have qualified for admission to the Civil Services (Main) Examination. They will have to apply online again in a new form (Detailed Application Form ) provided to them.

They should fill up the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online and submit the same online. The DAF (CSM) will be available on the website of the commission from August 17 to August 31, 2017, until 6 pm.

The Civils Mains examinations will be held from October 28th across the country. A total of 13,366 people has been selected by the UPSC. The basic assessment of experts is that there may be up to 750 people from Telangana and AP.

In Last year, about 1,000 people wrote the mains exam and 90 were qualified.
