AP CM held review meeting on Anganwadi, Pre Primary centers

Vijayawada, July 26: The Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu has decided to convert the Anganwadi centers into the pre primary schools across the state.

The Chief Minister has held a review meeting at his office in Vijayawada on the maintenance of pre-primary schools in the Anganwadi centers.

The Municipal, Urban Development, Department of Women and Child Welfare official have attended the meeting.

The Govt provide Textbooks and activity books are supplied to the students through municipal department.

The Government and municipalities have been allocated for Anganwadi schools in Private buildings will be held where public buildings are not available.

The CM suggested that the uniform should be distributed to the children free of charge. The Chief Minister said that Anganwadi workers have the opportunity to make thousands of children benefit.

CM Chandrababu suggested that paintings, LED TVs, attractive furniture and accessories should be set up in classrooms.

All facilities are set up in the pre-school centers and Govt should spend Rs.2.40 lakhs for each primary school.

The Chief Minister said that preschool centers will be the foundation for human resource development in the future. The Chief Minister has unveiled the textbooks of Nursery, LKG and UKG.
