Ponguleti about drugs involvement over schools

Hyderabad, July 23: The Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has demanded here on Saturday that the government provide protection to the officials investigating the drug racket.

While speaking to the media here on Saturday, Sudhakar Reddy said there persisted suspicion that the government was trying to protect the big sharks while punishing the people with having little or no influence in the corridors of power.

He stressed that He was wondered why those in the school managements, who were allegedly involved in the racket, were not so far questioned. The government, he said, had no control over pubs.



He also questioned the government why the closed-circuit television cameras were not installed in the pubs.

He said that he will submit all the information they have on drugs mafia to the Central agency.

He will do so after apprising the party leaders at the Congress Legislature Party meeting to be held in a few days.
