New 1750 Panchayats Soon

Hyderabad, July 19: Here is the good news for the Tribal tandas people, as they are getting the Gram panchayats with the population over 500 people.

From this aspect, The Govt issued the orders on Oct 2015, at that time, The Panchayat Raj Minister K Taraka Rama Rao has assured to upgrade tribal tandas with a population of over 500 people into gram panchayats.

From this perspective over 1750 tandas will become Gram panchayats soon. These will be held in the elections of 2018, July, including current panchayats. The new panchayat will reach 10,445 village panchayats in Telangana.

The Panchayati Raj Department has received proposals from different districts.

The Panchayati Raj department has set up the collectors to report reports with complete information on the lack of integrity.

The newly emerging panchayats will be elected by July sarpanch and ward members in July 2018. The state election commission has already begun to conduct general elections for all panchayats. The current ruling classes will last five years. The voter list process in Panchayats will begin in January 2018 and will continue until March.
