Parliment Monsoon Session started

New Delhi, July 17: The Monsoon session of the parliament has begun today. Both the houses have started the proceedings today. Lokasabha and Rajyasabha have been adjourned till 11 Am of 18 July 2017.
The houses have been adjourned because of the President's election taking place today so that all MPS can vote for presidents election.

The main of the ongoing session are the debates on the following topics would be discussed

* Cow vigilantism.
* Farmers' protests.
* The Kashmir unrest.
* Corruption charges against opposition leaders.
* India's stand-off with China.
* Implementation of GST.



The following bills would be discussed and passed total 34 bills would be discussed.Some of the important bills are
# Consumer Protection Bill.
# ordinance to replaced GST in Jammu and Kashmir.
# The Financial Resolution and Deposit Insurance (FRDI) Bill, 2017.
# The Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2017.
# Labour Code on wages.
# The Companies (Amendment) Bill, 2016.
# The Whistle Blowers Protection (Amendment) Bill, 2015 as passed by Lok Sabha.
# The Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill, 2013.
# The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2016 as passed by Lok Sabha.
