Green day in Educational institutions

Hyderabad, July 15: As part of the Haritha Haram Program, The School Education Department is all set to plant over 28 lakh plants here on Saturday.

The students will pledge to be 'Children and plants are the foundations for future generations'.

The School managements also conducting essay writing, drawing, performances, Dramas and quiz competitions along with the plantation of saplings.The winners will receive gifts on August 15th.

Green brigades are arranged with students and teachers to protect the planted saplings.

The school education commissioner Kishan ordered the all principals to conduct a black plantation where there are spacious places.

The Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari urged students, teachers, parents, locals and public officials to participate in the festive season of planting saplings.
