AP Assembly in Kohinoor Diamond shape

Andhra Pradesh: Amaravati, July 13: The Andhra Pradesh state govt has decided to build the Legislative Building in the shape of Kohinoor diamond in the state capital Amaravati.

The High Court building will be constructed in the shape, which is similar to Buddhist Stupa.The Norman Foster and Partners company of London has provided final designs for the execution of final jurisdiction of legal cities, legislative and high court buildings in 1365 acres of land in the capital.

The company representatives met with Chief Minister Chandrababu at his camp office in Vijayawada on Wednesday. After observing the designs, Chief Minister Chandrababu suggested the stupa shape to High court and the diamond format to the Legislative Assembly.

The design made by the company is diamond shape is converted the same way as the Kohinoor diamond, Chandrababu suggested

"The Kohinoor diamond was found in this state. The people of Andhra Pradesh lost a very valuable Kohinoor diamond. Now it will appear in the form of assembly building, "said CM Naidu.
