Telugu States 20,000 shell companies detected

Hyderabad, July 9: The Registrar office of Companies has announced that There are 20,598 shell firms are found in the both Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The officers are trying to remove those companies from the list.Once they are removed, The total directors, promotors, and the officer have loosened the chances to appear any firms.

The ROC officials opinioned that, There is the rejection of those members, who are unable to participate in any official events.

ROC has ent the notices to the 40% of offices across two statesOr has identified 20,000 shell companies and remaining 20,000 are in pending.

Due to these, firms, The new companies are going to face the many problems.ROC officials stated that it has found 1.10 lakhs of companies registered.
