High Court has lifted the life imprisonment sentence on Blind Woman

Hyderabad, July 09: The High Court has lifted the life imprisonment sentence by the trial court in the event of a brutal mishap. Under IPC 304 Part-1, it was converted to seven years of rigorous imprisonment. In addition to granting benefits under forgiveness, she was ordered to release her immediately if she had already served seven years of imprisonment.

A joint bench of Justice Justice CV Nagarjuna Reddy, Justice JS Verma, recently passed this judgment. Doodapaka Haritha is basically blind, she is hailing from Warangal district.
