Fake seeds racket busted by police

Hyderabad, July 07: Food Adulteration has been continuing in the State Even though there is warning from State Govt, here yet another gang has been arrested by the Police officials.

The Hyderabad police officials have been arrested Four persons on charges of selling inferior and spurious seeds and cheating farmers.

The arrested were identified as Amith Kumar Chandrakanth, Hardik Patel, Vinay R Shah and M V Siva Reddy respectively.



According to the police information, Amith and two others had been packing and branding inferior and spurious seeds of various crops at a house in Gandhinagar area and selling them under the brand Kavya Seeds.

The police officilas has been added that , The fraudsters had not taken any license from the authorities concerned for running the business, police said adding that the kingpin of the gang, Bharath Patel was still at large.

At last Govt has to take nessesary action against those persons, and curb these gangs in the future..
