SC about YSRCP MLA Roja Suspension from assembly

New Delhi, July 6: The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the petition filed on the suspension of YSRCP MLA Roja from the Andhra Pradesh Assembly.

The apex court made clear that It is not yet possible to intervene because it is still pending in the High Court.

The Supreme Court has advised the lawyers of Roja that the case should be settled in the High Court. The lawyers of the government told the court that the state government had not received any information from the Supreme Court.

Can this apology be given now? When the Supreme Court asked the lawyers of Roja, the state government lawyer was given a letter in the presence of the court today.

The bench ordered the petition to send the letter to the concerned departments and officials. After the judgment of the High Court, the case has been clarified that they will be taken to hearing.
