Supreme Court about fake certificates for job

New Delhi, July 6: A judgment was given today. The Supreme Court on July 6 in a landmark judgment has said that government jobs or admissions secured under reserved category by using forged caste certificates will be invalid. However, the court has said this order would be implemented prospectively and not retrospectively.

Experts feel that this judgment comes as a shock to people who thought they would get away from law even though if they get forged caste certificates for jobs or admissions. The Court has delivered this judgment after reviewing the order issued by Bombay High Court.

The High Court has ordered that a person may be allowed to continue in the service after a long period of time if his certificate is found to be fake at a later stage.Finally, many people are happy because they would get a chance to get government jobs.
