KCR urged to make the program success

Hyderabad, July 6: The Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao has planned to arrange the green brigades in order to make success the Haritha Haram program here on Thursday.

He instructed that Green Brigades to be formed to plant and protect the saplings.He said more priority should be given to the protection of the trees and saplings than planting the saplings.
The CM KCR held a review meeting on the third phase of Haritha Haram here on Wednesday.

He said that "I will formally launch the program in Karimnagar on July 12 where a Lakh of saplings will be planted in the next fifteen days. 25,000 saplings will be planted on July 12th, from the next day, 5000 saplings per day should be planted.

Make arrangements for planting the saplings at one go. Digging the pits, setting up of the tree guards and for planting the saplings the required 25,000 persons should be organized. Prepare next plan of action", he added.

"There are 50 Divisions in Karimnagar City.Appoint One officer or elected representative per division as the brigadier. From Green Brigades with the students in every Division," the Chief Minister instructed.

Ministers Tummala Nageshwar Rao and A.Indrakaran Reddy, Government Advisor KV Ramanachary, MP Balka Suman and others participated.
