Revanth Reddy demands TS govt

Hyderabad, July 05: The Goods and Service Tax (GST) has been rolled out from July 1, 2017, Still many of the people were confusing about the GST regime.From this aspect, Telugu Desam Party on Tuesday demanded a white paper on the impact of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the Telangana state.

They demanded that Alleging differences between chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and finance minister Eatela Rajender.

Expressing serious concerns over contradictory statements by the Chief Minister and the Finance mInister, party working president A Revanth Reddy asked the government to end the confusion.

In a press statement, Revanth raised doubts over possible differences between the CM and Rajender and questioned the rationale behind the absence of the finance minister at the crucial GST meeting.

Revanth Reddy wondered that "The all important GST meeting was chaired by the CM in which parliamentary party leader K. Keshava Rao and secretaries participated.Why was not the finance minister who raised serious objections over GST present in the meeting?"
