CM KCR is so afraid of PM Modi: Uttam

Hyderabad, July 03: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president N. Uttam Kumar Reddy has been angered on Chief Minister K Chandra Shekhar Rao here on Sunday.

He said that, CM KCR is so afraid of Prime Minister Narendra Modi that he has accepted all anti-people decisions of the BJP Government at the Centre without any objection or resistance.

We already knew that The Chief Minister's support to NDA presidential candidate Ramnath Kovind, who had openly opposed reservations to Dalit Christians and Muslims, and his ignoring Meira Kumar, who was instrumental in passing the Telangana bill, were indicative of his fear of the Prime Minister, he said,

He said during his address at 'Praja Garjana' near Suryapet on Sunday, He ridiculed Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao’s contention that the TRS was extending support to a Dalit leader in the presidential election.

In that case, he said, UPA candidate Meira Kumar should be the best option as she was both a Dalit and a woman, who had also played a key role in the formation of Telangana state.

He said the TRS Government was acting more like a BJP Government in Telangana blindly implementing all the decisions taken by the Central Government without raising any objections or understanding their impact on people.
