TRS MP urged Centre to add remaining BC castes

Hyderabad, July 2: The Telangana TRS MP B Vinod Kumar has demanded the Central government to include 23 castes in the socially and educationally Backward Classes category from Telangana State here on Saturday.

MP Vinod also sent a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the MP brought to the notice of the PM that only 90 communities were included in the Backward Classes out of 113 identified by the Telangana State government.

Meanwhile, Several representations and letters have already been addressed to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment for consideration of the demand.

However, TRS MP Vinod has requested the Prime Minister to consider the matter.
