Rs.200 note to be launched soon

Mumbai, June 29: The Reserve Bank of India is planning a new initiative.The RBI will soon introduce RS 200 note in the market. The central bank has already ordered printing presses to print the new note.Sources say that the printing is in progress and will soon be introduced to the public.

Officials say that the new notes will have additional security features so that these cannot be counterfeited, they also said that introduction of new denomination below RS 500 will benefit many people because currently there are only 100, 500 and RS 2000.

Sources said that the banks will distribute the notes to people via banks and not dispense it through ATM.they also said that new introduced RS 2000 will slowly be faded out from the market so that the economy will not become stand still.

Experts say that this move will help people and act as a deterrent who hold huge amounts of cash .lets hope that the central bank will soon introduce the notes so that the cash crunch experienced will soon disappear.
