Sriharikota India, June 23: A good news for India. ISRO has successfully launched PSLV C 38 satellite. The rocket lifted off from Satish Dhawan Space center today morning 9.29 am. The chairman has congratulated the scientists for the successful launch.
The satellites launched includes Cartosat-2 series satellite and 30 co-passenger satellites. The total weight of all the satellites is 955 kg.
29 Nanosatellites from 14 countries were launched - Austria, Belgium, Chile, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.Indian nanosatellite was also launched. Cartosat-2 is a remote sensing satellite and it is mainly used for defense forces.
Let's hope that ISRO launches many more satellites successfully.
