Farmer commits suicide

India, Bhadradri June 20: A farmer committed suicide in Telangana, Bhadradri Kothagudem district after being humiliated by a fertilizer dealer.

Coming to details, The farmer, Mancha had approached the fertilizer dealer for a loan but was abused and insulted.

The traders demanded the farmer to clear the loan amount from last year before seeking fresh loan.

The dejected farmer committed suicide by consuming pesticide.

Mancha had grown a crop of Mirchi last year but was not able to a good price for it and the second crop was lost as the seed was not genuine.

The family members informed that Mancha was reeling under the debts which might have led him to take the extreme step.
