Telangana Schools reopen

Hyderabad, June 12: Government and private schools across Telangana will resume from Monday. This time, the education department focused mainly on teachers and student attending.

As part of this month, Acharya Jayasankar has been conducting a special education program for the students from 13th to 17th.

Also, the Education Plan has been prepared to implement several reforms, such as biometric attendance in the academic year.

Authorities have already said that textbooks are already being distributed.

Highlights :

* The Education Department has decided to implement Biometric Attendance in high schools, KSEB, Ideal Schools and Telangana Gurukul schools. It is expected to come in for another three months to come into effect.

* In the next academic year, English medium can be started in 4,000 schools. Teachers and villagers are permitted to proceed.

* Digital classes are going to be launched in all high schools.

* Anganwadi centers will be linked to elementary schools. Anganwadi centers will be run in schools where facilities are located.
