"Indira Gandhi – A life in Nature" book launched

NewDelhi, June 11: A book was launched recently. A book titled “Indira Gandhi – A life in Nature”, was launched by Congress president Sonia Gandhi. The event was attended by Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and many other Congress leaders.

The book was Authored by Former Union minister Jairam Ramesh. The book is published by Simon & Schuster and he has presented the first copy of the book to the Congress President.

Sonia spoke at the event and she recalled how her mother-in-law would spend hours in Nehru Park in early 1960s. Former PM has also recalled his memories with Mrs. Gandhi. Finally, Ramesh said that "I have tried to uncover many aspects of Indira Ji which are not known to the public and I hope that Public will like the book".

However, people are criticizing Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for not attending the event.They have said that "His love for his grandmother has been proven once again by escaping the event".
