Five yrs old girl killed, while RTC bus rammed car

Hyderabad, June 7: Here a 5 yrs old girl was killed, while an RTC bus rammed into a car at Kandiguda gate on Tuesday morning. The Cyberabad police said that the girl identified as Madhuri and her parents were traveling on Bijapur and Hyderabad highway.

Meanwhile, The RTC bus was coming from the opposite side slammed into the car at Kandigate. Madhuri died on the spot while the driver, Jayavardhan, was trapped in the mangled car.

It took about one hour to rescue Jayavardhan. He and four other injured persons were first shifted to a primary health center at Vikarabad, and later to Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad.

Upon receiving information about the tragedy, transport minister P Mahender Reddy rushed to the accident spot.The driver of the bus fled from the location. A case was registered under 304 a (rash and negligent driving causing death) of IPC.
