Heavy rains likely to hit Telugu States

Hyderabad, June 06: A good news to the Telugu people, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) officials have predicted a brief downpour for both the Telugu states - Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for the coming two days.

The officials informed that the thunderstorm accompanied with gusty winds is expected to occur at several places in the two states.On the other hand, there was a moderate rain in Guntur today

After June 8, the monsoon is likely to advance from the Kerala coast to Rayalseema in coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.



The officials maintained that the monsoon may pass through the Telugu states between June 10-12.
