Couple got married on Mount Everest

Hyderabad June 1st: It's every day that we discover charming loves stories about people going the distance in the name of love And each day the goals just keep getting higher!. Two Lovers who belong to Kerala married at the Top of Mount Everest.

Coming to details, Ritesh Nair and Aswathy Raveendran both fell in love three years ago and married each other surrounded by the Himalayas on 15th May 2017.

Ritheesh said 'It was the common predilection towards traveling and trekking that brought us together.'

He added 'At the time of proposing, I told her that if we were to marry at some place, it has to be at the Mount Everest. And she said yes! for that.'

EvenThough it was a big task to convince parents on both sides, who had many dreams about their children marriage with great celebrations, but they ultimately gave in.

Ritheesh recalled 'In fact, as the time for the adventure approached, they were very supportive and we couldn’t have been any more joyful.'

There were Accompanied by few friends, the couple reached Kathmandu on 5th May and after a journey of 10 days, they reached the base camp and married.

Both the couple dressed n the traditional Malayali attire, married each other in the perfect presence of the Himalayas. They even spread out the Indian Flag at the camp.

Despite the temperature lingering around sub-zero markings, they never felt the cold. 'It was the excitement of living the dream of getting married at the Everest, I guess,' he said with laughing face.
