Jana Reddy compared KCR survey as...

Hyderabad, May 30: The Telangana state Assembly Congress leader K Jana Reddy alleged on CM K Chandrashekhar Rao over his survey here on Monday, for ignoring problems of public and focusing on the next elections in 2019.

While speaking to media persons here on Monday, Jana Reddy said that still two years are left for the State Assembly elections, but the Chief Minister feels it is necessary to discuss elections.

Mr. Reddy said that "There are several issues plaguing the State including farmers and farm workers suicides and other issues relating to the public. It appears that the government is more interested in conducting surveys rather than focusing on public issues".

He was taken the example of US elections, he said US President Donald Trump emerged a winner despite several surveys forecasting his defeat."Our Congress party will also emerge victorious in the next elections as the people have lost faith in the TRS and are in favor of Congress," he added.

Meanwhile, Jana Reddy said that lakhs of people are going to attend the public meeting being held at Sangareddy district on June 1, to mark three years of formation of Telangana.

"Telangana State was a gift of the Congress party to the people keeping in view their sentiments," Jana Reddy said and added that Congress Party vice president Rahul Gandhi during his visit will be releasing a charge-sheet about the failures of the TRS government at the meeting.
